BEEF KABOBS:
Cooking Instructions (from frozen):
Grill: Place on grill; turn as needed to brown on all sides. It should take 15 to 20 min. to cook kabob to medium doneness. Ad Rajun Cajun or Santa Fe Verde Sauce as desired.
Broiling: Place on broiler pan. Broil 4 from heat for 15 to 20 min.

SHRIMP KABOBS:
To Grill, Broil or Bake: Cook each side approximately 2 minutes from thawed or 3-4 minutes from frozen state. (Depending on cooking temperatures) or until core reaches 165 degrees, don't over cook.

Griddle: Place skewer on 350F griddle. Cook for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes then turn. Use spatula to flatten against griddle for even surface contact. Cook an additional 3 1/2 - 4 minutes.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450F. Place skewer on baking pan approximately 10" from bottom element. Bake for 8 - 9 minutes.

Pan Saute: Place skewer into large 10" skillet preheated to 325F - 350F. Cook 3 1/2 - 4 minutes, turn and flatten with spatula for even surface contact. Cook additional 3 1/2 minutes.

Microwave (900-Watt Oven): Place skewer in microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap to hold moissture in shrimp. Defrost 1 1/2 minutes. Turn. Cook on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute and serve.

CHICKEN KABOBS:
Thaw kabobs in refrigerator. If desired, kabobs may be marinated in Rajun Cajun or Santa Fe Verde Sauce.
Cooking Instructions:
Grill: Cook over medium heat for 7-10 min, turning to cook evenly.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Place kabobs on broiler pan located on second from the top position. Broil 15-20 min, turning kabobs to brown evenly.
Contact Grill: Grill for 4-5 min.

COOKED PEELED & DEVEINED JUMBO SHRIMP:
Defrost in refrigerator overnight or run under cool water until defrosted. Rinse in cold water, drain and pat dry.
